📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where's My Order?

All orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after the website closes.

Once shipped, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States.

If it has been more than two weeks since your order shipped and you have not received it, email us with your order number and we will assist you.

Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response.

International Orders

International orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks after leaving our warehouse, depending on customs processing.

  • Some shipments may not include full tracking.
  • Customs delays and import fees are determined by your country.
  • Massis Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged international shipments once they leave our facility.

Shipping Process

Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

This means your order is prepared for shipment but may not have left the warehouse yet.

Your tracking may show "Pre-Transit" temporarily. This is normal while the carrier scans packages during pickup.

After Your Order Ships

Once the package leaves our facility, Massis Shop is not responsible for delivery issues.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly:

  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • UPS

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, contact us and we will help arrange reshipping.

Order Changes

Orders are generally final once placed.

If you need to update your size or shipping address, email us immediately with your order number. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us before wearing, washing, or removing tags.
